A feast of Foulshaw egg mayonnaise, cucumber and Seville orange glazed ham sandwiches.
Buttermilk scones with clotted cream, Mille Feuille English strawberries with Chantilly cream, shot glass of passion fruit bavarois, aged Yorkshire fruit cake, mini damson jam Swiss roll, homemade shortbread, Valrhona chocolate and walnut brownie, almond sponge, Italian meringue and lemon curd served with loose leaf tea.
