I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all the staff at Lakeside. The feedback from the delegates on the venue and the service has been fantastic and it really contributed to us having a very successful meeting.
I am also personally very grateful for all of the support you, Ruth, Marcus, the guys on reception, replenishing the conference room and all the other staff have provided to me during the conference - nothing has been too much trouble for anyone and everyone has been so polite, smiling and eager to help. Thank you also for all of your help in setting the event up including setting up calls with YMCA and the like - you really helped to make things easier for me and I am very grateful for the support.
The feedback on the dinner in the Oak room is also superb - please thank the chef for his endeavours which were much appreciated. The room also looked fantastic and the service on the night was excellent.
I will definitely recommend Lakeside to all my colleagues here at BP and hope to also be able to use you again myself in the future.

Just a quick e mail to say that my wife and I have just returned from our stay at the Lakeside Hotel over the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
The attentiveness of the staff, from all areas of the hotel was absolutely exceptional. Everything from the room to the food were excellent - plus the location of the hotel as out of this world. Both my wife and I appreciate good service and we agree it needs to be recognised where necessary and our experience at the hotel was a prime example of that. Too often people fail to recognise good service and only concentrate on making a fuss when it's a bad experience.
I just thought I'd drop a note to say how much we'd enjoyed our stay - which was enhanced by the service we received - and we hope to return in future. We'll also be going on Tripadvisor to say the same - top marks all round.
