Lakeview Grill Restaurant

all dishes individually priced –  a la carte dining

starters include classics such as: cheese souffle with tomato jam, ham hock terrine with pear & saffron puree, curried salt cod, seared pigeon breast with chorizo popcorn and king scallops with wild garlic bavarois.

rare breed steaks from a charcoal barbecue in a sealed chamber, hake with artichoke, lamb loin with watercress gnocchi, seabass with smoked mussels, nicoise risotto and herdwick rack of lamb for two are just a taste of our main courses.

desserts of blackcurrant souffle, dark chocolate fondant, vanilla cheesecake with mango sorbet, white chocolate & raspberry plus a personally sourced european selection of twelve cheeses.

John Ruskin’s Brasserie

brings contemporary chic to Lakeside with an informal bustling atmosphere.
The menu of brasserie favourites includes sharing platters, fabulous fish & chips,  
herdwick lamb, galloway steaks, market fish, risotto…..

and a great U14’s menu to be enjoyed in any restaurant.
