Flooded with natural light, the Windermere Suite can accommodate up to 100 delegates, according to seating arrangements - U shape: 40, banqueting and cabaret style: 80 and theatre style: 100

Our main suite is air conditioned and equipped with a professional, integrated AV system which enables quick and easy connection of any laptop to a large projection screen.  Two further plasma relay screens will ensure that your entire audience is kept in the picture.  Playback of DVDs and live terrestrial broadcasts is possible. Radio microphones and presentation audio are fed via a built in audio system which distributes sound evenly throughout the room.  Equipped with superfast fibre optic Wi-Fi and wired internet access, an induction loop system and recessed power points in the floor cope with a multitude of electronic devices.

Break out of the ordinary

Our innovative switchable glass screen (from clear to opaque) between the conference room and lounge allows you to create 2 separate rooms instantly at the touch of a button. Should you require additional space, you can also book meeting rooms at Lakeside Hotel. Within the hotel we have our air conditioned Lakeside Suite which accommodates up to 100 delegates and an additional 8 syndicate areas.

As you have exclusive use of the Windermere Suite, you are totally free to display your corporate branding materials throughout.  The Windermere Suite is therefore a confidential venue for hush-hush presentations and new product launches and also a higly accommodating space for exhibitions - we can even fit a car inside if required!  Incidentally, the Windermere Suite is all on one level making it easily accessible for all delegates.

The Windermere Suite itself is equipped with a kitchen to serve you with all you require, from welcome coffees, to a sustaining light buffet and even private dining.  Our paved terrace at the rear with views over the Lake District landscape provides the perfect environment for informal drinks and al fresco entertaining before, during and after business.

As we said, we give you the best of both worlds and your delegates have complete access to all Lakeside Hotel's facilities including our restaurant, brasserie, bar, conservatory,terrace and spa.  We can also organise an informal barbecue for your delegates on our hotel terrace overlooking the lake.
