Lakeside Hotel Surroundings
Gardens and outside spaces for guests
Our gardens and outside spaces are divided into separate areas, providing a treasure trove for garden-enthusiasts or simply a peaceful space to relax and play. The Terrace area, lawn games and garden activities are reserved for guests staying at the hotel, meaning you can enjoy at your own pace, even in the busiest summer months.

Lake District Hotel Garden
A quintessential English country garden
Springtime sees lilac trees coming into their own, with a blaze of pink, purple, and violet flowering stems. Azaleas create a dazzling display of orange, red, and purple. The spring and summer months herald our wildflower verges, attracting the important pollinators. Our spa garden rooftop is its own retreat, showcasing a quintessential old English rose, Gertrude Jekyll.
