Rate Policy

Rate inclusive of full English breakfast, VAT, free wifi, complimentary parking, use of our 17m pool, Jacuzzi, gym and steam and sauna.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations MUST be made by either contacting the hotel direct on +44 (15395)30001 or Online you must obtain a cancellation number.

Bookings cancelled after 12 noon 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged at full room tariff for the first night, in addition to the loss of the deposit.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain a valid cancellation number. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss of monies due to non cancellation or bookings which are cancelled after the given date.

The hotel reserve the right to refuse / cancel any booking(s) without prior notice, and / or reallocate alternative room(s) type(s) should they deem necessary.

Children policy

Children up to 2 years stay free in parents room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children aged between 3-15 are charged at £30, and include full English breakfast.

Check in/check out times

All bedrooms are guaranteed available from 3pm on the day of arrival. We require guests to vacate their accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Later departure times are available by arrangement only and may be subject to a charge.

Paying for your booking

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. In some instances, full pre-payment may be required at the time of confirming your reservation. The amount of payment required at the time of your reservation will be advised to you when you make your reservation. Your card must be presented on check-in at the hotel. In all cases, full payment will be due on departure from the hotel unless a prior written agreement has been received by Classic Lodge Hotels. Unless stated as part of your time reservation, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of external telephone calls, meals, drinks, items from the mini bar and travel expenses, are not included in the price of your stay. If you incur any such additional costs you must settle the sum involved prior to your departure from the hotel. 

In the interests of security and the prevention of fraud, we may ask you to confirm your identity by providing your passport, driving licence or other form of photo ID upon check-in. 

The card used to book the reservation must be presented as part of the check-in process and verified.

If the same card cannot be presented on arrival, the reception team may need to refund the original charge and re-take the accommodation charges from a new card. 

All charges incurred during your stay, for example food and beverage charges and any room charges which you have not paid for in advance, must be settled upon check-out and authorised by Chip & Pin, contactless payment. 

Please let us know before you check-out if you notice any abnormalities in any charges which have been assigned to your room as these cannot be rectified after departure.
