When you rent a Lakeside jetty mooring, your annual fee includes:
- Mooring on the water from 1 April to 30 September 2026
- Pool & gym membership for up to four people
- 20% off food at Lakeside Hotel
- 20% off spa treatments at Lakeside Hotel
- Hotel Wi-Fi access
- Drinking water supply to specific points
- Allocated electrical supply to specific berths
- Parking included for 2 registered cars (in the designated area)
Membership benefits are reviewed annually and may be amended or withdrawn.

Only minor running repairs/routine maintenance are permitted without prior written consent. Contractors require permission.
