Yes, we charge £25 per dog per night.

Dogs are allowed in the John Ruskin’s Brasserie area and Conservatory, but they are not allowed in the Lakeview Restaurant unless they are a service animal.

Yes, we allow two dogs per room. We have no restrictions on size, age, or breed of dog.

No, we are very lucky to be situated on the shores of the lake with some beautiful gardens and walks from the front door. There are no specific areas we would ask you to take your dog but that you are respectful of other guests and pick up after your dog.

No, we politely ask that dogs sleep in their own beds and are kept off the furniture.

All rooms are thoroughly cleaned after all guests, but our housekeeping team take extra care to ensure the room is cleaned to a high standard if there have been animals in the room.

We have no specific policy on this so do not require a certificate of vaccination.

We would ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that all efforts can be made to ensure there is no lasting damage to the room. If for whatever reason the damage is permanent then you may be liable to pay for it. You can ask at reception for more information.
