Yes, our maximum capacity for a wedding is 80 people for the ceremony but we can fit up to 100 for the evening ‘do’, but we unfortunately wouldn’t be able to accommodate a sit-down style meal if there were 100 guests in attendance. We have multiple venues on site to for elopements (‘just the two of us’) to grander affairs (‘classic celebration’). Speak to our sales team to find out how to plan your perfect day.

Yes! We have a list of ‘trusted’ suppliers that we use regularly, but you are welcome to use anyone. The only exception to that would be food as this is provided by Lakeside by our in-house kitchen.

No! We will build a bespoke package to you based on your requirements. You are not obligated to book any bedroom if you do not want to stay!

No, we supply the beverages, which you can pick from our extensive drinks list. If you really have your heart set on a specific drink then please speak to our events team as they will, of course, try to accommodate special requests.

Yes! Our events team will organise a space for you and your bridal team to get ready as part of your package.

Most of our venues are on the ground floor of the hotel or situated within the hotel grounds, so are accessible for mobile elderly guests. We also have lifts within the hotel, but there may be a couple of steps between the lifts and events rooms if you choose one of our first floor spaces. We do have venue spaces that are suitable for wheelchair users. Accessibility will depend on which event space you choose, so if you speak to our events team then they will ensure to plan your perfect day and hopefully match all your requirements.

Yes, there is a large car park outside of the hotel. If you have a large wedding party then we would always recommend car sharing where possible but our events team will be able to guide you on parking availability.

No, we are very transparent about costings and we don’t add on any surprise fees like setup or overtime fees. Our events team can talk you through pricing and can help you with suppliers too to understand costs.

We are very surprised to still get this question but yes of course! We simply love to celebrate love and do not discriminate.

For a ‘Just The Two of Us’ wedding the deposit is £500, and for the ‘Small and Intimate’ or ‘Classic Celebration’ wedding the deposit is £1000.

We want your day to feel like you, so our policies are flexible. We have some basic decorations we can provide, but we would encourage you to bring any decorations that you would like to have for your day.
