For the most confidential meetings, the Windermere Suite is a purpose-built conference centre, just over the road from the main hotel. The main suite is air conditioned and equipped with an integrated AV system and features a glass privacy screen that switches to opaque at the touch of a button, allowing you to separate the conference room and lounge for added privacy.

With a variety of meeting rooms and suites, we have the perfect space for you. Each space is adaptable to suit the needs of your group, with our smallest space for two people and our largest holding 100.

For complete privacy, or for the largest events, we offer complete takeover of Lakeside Hotel, with a professional team of staff working solely for you. Take over all of the hotel’s facilities, including bedrooms, conference suites, entertaining spaces, restaurants, conservatory, pool, spa, and gardens. For large-scale conferences for VIP guests, or a completely bespoke retreat with personalised activities planned for you, the hotel and its staff are at your service.

Our biggest suite – the Windermere Suite – can hold up to 100 guests for a meeting. If you wanted to include food and beverage at your event however, the maximum capacity is 80.

We don’t currently any restrictions on the minimum number of guests, but if you want to have a meeting of fewer than six people then you would sit outside of the standard rates. Speak to our sales team who will be able to find the most suitable room for your corporate event.

Yes. Parking is just outside the hotel and is included for all guests attending your corporate event. If you are travelling from the same place then we would encourage car sharing where possible.

Yes, of course you can book a team building day! While we have some great meeting and conference spaces, we are also situated right on the lake shore and have some smaller venues like the Lake House dotted around the site that could be used as the base for your team building day. We work with some really great activity companies who can help with figuring out exactly what you need for your team and organising the day.

Yes, we have three individual electric vehicle chargers on site. They are charged at £25 for a 24-hour period (with a £50 refundable deposit when you return the card to reception).

Our standard cancellation policy typically applies to most bookings but if you have any questions or require flexibility then speak to our sales team.

Our sales team works really hard to provide the best rates seasonally and are flexible, ensuring you get best value for money. The best thing to do would be to speak to a member of the team who will find you any discounts we have available.

Yes, our hotel has a gym, spa, and pool. Speak to a member of our sales team to look at how we can add this to your booking.

We are flexible depending on your needs. Typically guests will ask for refreshments throughout the day and request the inclusion of lunch, but we can offer pastries, lunch, dinner, and any additional ‘snacks’ to fit your requirements. Our sales team will build you a bespoke package.

Yes, of course. Our kitchen team has very strict procedures in place to avoid any cross contamination and can cater to any dietary restrictions that guests may have.
