January Appointment – Evening Managers
We are seeking professionals who is keen to develop their hospitality, supervisory and duty management skills.
Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager and working 4pm -2am – 4 or 5 days a week – you will be part of the organisation of the evening operation and carry duty manager responsibilities for this 74 bedroom independent hotel.
Our food & beverage operation includes a Modern Grill Restaurant, Contemporary Brasserie & Bar, all day Conservatory & Terrace service by the lake; plus an exclusive events centre adjacent to the hotel.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service and hospitality.
This role could suit someone with proven experienced food and beverage who is keen to take a forward step in their career in hospitality.

If you have experience in a spa or salon and have been awarded an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy – then we have some exciting opportunities, at our Aveda Spa for you to ponder over. We are lucky to be the only UK hotel that has an Aveda Spa destination, and we welcome you to be a part of it all! There will be a complete hotel induction, valuable in-house and external Aveda training – so you can deliver the best guest experience with expert knowledge and know-how.
