Hotel Receptionist & Sales Executive

Joining our established team, you will work to ensure a seamless customer experience. Become the face of our operation, greeting and managing the guest experience of this 73-bedroom, independent hotel. You will also enjoy an active role within our Sales & Marketing department sharing responsibility for managing hotel reservations over the phone and by email.

The main responsibilities of the role will include welcoming the guests to the hotel, making their first impressions and experience faultless as well as check-outs and handling of billing queries and monetary transactions.

Previous hotel experience is not essential, but you will need to demonstrate a passion for great customer service and hospitality. This position requires a friendly, organised person with a professional approach, excellent telephone manner, administration and written skills with an eye for detail.

Knowledge of Rezlynx would be advantageous, however the candidate will receive a full and cohesive training schedule on induction. If you are searching for a new exciting opportunity, this rewarding position would suit a candidate with levels of commitment and dedication with opportunities to grow and develop in the future.

Job Specification: 4 or 5 days per week, a variety of shifts across 7 days; own transport required and the ability to be flexible in shifts as the business requires.
