Our seasonal offers are decided depending on availability and usually come via our Head Office. We don’t always have the same offers on seasonally so it would be best to sign up to our mailing list or check our social media and website regularly for the best deals.

We always say book direct for best rates. If for whatever reason you find a cheaper deal elsewhere, we would recommend taking a screenshot and contacting the hotel to discuss with a member of our team. Our reservations team will do their best to help you.

For activities hosted by companies external to the hotel, we would recommend booking in advance, especially during school holidays or the summer months because it can get quite busy. For activities like boat rides on Windermere Lake Cruises, you can simply turn up and purchase on the day, but if you are booking an experience day at Graythwaite Adventures then you’ll likely need to book in advance. We’d recommend having a Google and looking at their T&Cs!

No, parking is included for all residents of the hotel. When you arrive for check in, you will pull into our arrival bay and a member of the team will give you a parking permit and direct you to the relevant car park. Valet parking is available on request.

Great question! The seasonal offers are usually restricted to bookings made within certain dates. For example, if we ran a Spring discount, you wouldn’t be able to use it to book our Christmas package. All details, terms and conditions, and any restrictions will be detailed online and on social media. If you have any questions, you can always speak to one of our reservation team who will be able to help.

This can depend on the type of offer, but any discount on stays will usually apply automatically at checkout. If we are running a promotion for a specific area, e.g. a spa promotion, you may find that there will be a code you need to use at checkout. This would be detailed in all our communications regarding the offer, so you would be able to see the code on our website, via email if you are signed up to our mailing list, or on social media. You would go through the same checkout process as normal but just enter the code there.

This will be specific to the offer. For example you could receive a monetary discount on your stay, or offers may include a bottle of Lanson Champagne or prosecco, spa treatments, or dinner. All details of the offer will be clear when they are released.

As a rule, offers and discounts can’t be combined. However, if you have a voucher or aren’t sure whether they can be used together, then please contact our reservations team and they will be able to advise.

Unless the offer specifies the number of nights (e.g. “three nights for the price of two”) then no, there are no minimum stay requirements.

Sometimes the offer will have specific requirements, so if your stay is only valid in certain months then you may not be able to rearrange the dates outside of this. If you are not sure or think you might be likely to have to rearrange or cancel, speak to our reservations team who will be able to advise. Otherwise, our normal cancellation policy applies.

Yes, of course! All our residents have unlimited access to the 17 metre pool and facilities (including jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room) throughout their stay; if you would like to book a spa treatment then this is not included and you would need to book this separately online. Check in is from 3pm but if you arrive early then you’re more than welcome to use the facilities and Reception will hold your bags.
